Cool It

How are you keep yourself cool through the intense hours of alcohol and eating out?

I’m catching plenty of sleep during the das because i know the nights are going to be late. Also keep drinking your morning fix…mine is lemon and honey in hot water…i add a lot of water and sip it like tea because i do not have a tea or coffee drinking habit. What is yours?

Remember if the system is clean, the skin is also clean.
